Sleep. Seriously, you should definitely sleep. 6-7 hours a night, no more than 8. Your body does as much work during that time as it does while you're awake. And you won't feel like booty...sure wish I had been able to sleep last night. Anyway, big tip right there. That made the difference form week to week as I've bene losing....when I was tired, I generally lost less weight.
